Public certification fields come from CSIA public professional directory. If you own a listed business, you can document an error or add current contact information without changing how the source credential is represented.
What can be updated
Phone, website, email, service area, and business-name corrections can be reviewed. Certification status, ID, program, and expiration remain tied to the issuing registry.
